It's not just the flowers that have been popping up at our local garden centres!

Having secured funding from The Big Lottery, The New Forest Disability Information Service is delighted to extend its outreach service this year. In addition to its 6 regular monthly drop-ins across the New Forest - New Forest Disability has recently been holding Pop Up information sessions at local garden centres.

Thanks to the generosity of The Big Lottery and these venues offering space to host the Pop Up, New Forest Disability has been able to offer visitors information and advice on a broad range of topics; these include disability-related issues (benefits, daily living aids, carers, meals, transport), topical health and H&S information.

So thank you to the centres which have taken part and offered an extra attraction for their visitors, namely: Fairweathers Garden Centre, Beaulieu, Cadnam Garden Centre, Cadnam and MacPennys Nursery in Bransgore.

New Forest Disability will be offering lots more Pop Ups in the coming months, so look out for posters in your area telling you when and where we will be 'popping up', or call the office on 01425 628750 or visit www.newforestdis.org.uk and view the Outreach section.

So, have a question? For yourself? A family member? A friend? A neighbour? Pop along and ask us!
