Mystery illness in dogs.

Vets Anderson Moores have issued a new update on the mystery illness affecting dogs, which can be viewed here http://www.andersonmoores.com/vet/news
There have been 2 new cases confirmed within the Forest, in dogs walked at Rhinefield and Deerleap. NFDC have compiled a table of confirmed and suspected cases around the country which can be viewed here http://www.newforest.gov.uk/index.cfm?articleid=14110 There have also been reports of palm oil (which can be fatal to dogs if eaten) on beaches from Southampton to Bournemouth.
Please remain vigilant in checking your dogs over for lesions and seek veterinary advice immediately if you notice anything unusual.
